New AR15 Build Buffer Retainer Size is Wrong

I am working on my first AR15 .223 build. The lower receiver is a CMMG and I ordered a parts kit from Sarco. When I went to install the Buffer Retainer and Buffer Retainer Spring, I noticed that they were way too small for the hole that they install into. The hole in the lower receiver is approx. .246 and the diameter of the Buffer Retainer is approx. .126 (see attached pics). Do they make different size Buffer Retainers? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ken

Well, I think I figured it out. Sarco shorted me on the Buffer Retainer and Buffer Retainer Spring. The parts that I thought were for the buffer retainer were actually the Front Sight Detent and Detent Spring. So I ordered the parts from Brownells and hopefully this will fix the problem. Hope someone else can learn from my mistake.
