    Polish PMKMS rivet question

Since the Polish underfolder support plate will be spot welded to receiver is it still necessary to rivet the support plate to the receiver? I only ask since this is my first underfolder build.
Life is like having a map with precise directions and exact stops, you find out that your directions and stops change as you progress further down your original map.

I would, I can't say if it would hold if you didn't.

If the spot weld didn't hold that plate, your gonna have fun when your rails come flying out. If done properly the spots will hold just fine. I TIG all of the plates simply because I don't have a resistance welding machine.

The hole that goes under the trigger guard gets the same rivet as any other build. The other 2 holes are for removing the pins on the underfolder mechanism.

Thank you. All I need to rivet then is just the single hole where the trigger guard is located.

You got it man! I did a polish UF at the last SDBP and it turned out great. The UF assembly was a little tricky but I found a tutorial for it. I'll look to see if I can find it. (sorryfor the crappy pic)

            Found It:
