Do these build guns run at 100%? Last thing I want is a gun with random issues.

It depends on how each one is built. Most of them do. Sometimes bugs need to be worked out. But, for the most part, they do run better than some of the production guns I've had to work on including expensive Lancasters and junk IOs.
