    cylinder reaming

I have a vaquero in 45colt and shoot mainly cast boolits thru it. The cylinder throats measure .4501 all the way around. It seems to be that reaming the throats to .4525 will enhance accuracy with cast boolits. Question is will reaming the throats have any effect on jacketed bullets.???????
    Thanks for any input.....Captn-tin

I have heard of angle reaming the Forcing Cone (start of the barrel) for accuracy. The are 2 different angles for lead or jacketed, IIRC.
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

Tis better to have Trolled & lost, Than to never have Trolled, at all.
