Gun Cleaning solvent

Has anyone tried the winchester break free powderblast from wally land? I did for the first time yesterday and that ****seems like f'ing brake or carb cleaner!!
May as well go to autozone and save a couple bucks, no?

I mean, brake/carb cleaner is effective on metal of course, but why try to sugar-coat it? Anyone else notice this?

Yup. Been using carb cleaner for years. Brake cleaner works as well but it also removes all traces of oil.
