how are you guys popping them off after you punch the pin out, theirs no place to grab and pinch it between two plate to push it off with the press

I removed the pins for the flash hider, front sight and the bayo lug, I then set it up in the press with plates supporting just behind the bayo lug and made a guide to press on the end of the barrel itself without it going into the end of the barrel and pressed all 3 parts off at he same time with a bit of heat, lube, and tapping on the parts while they are under tension in the press to get them to "break free". It didn't damage any of the parts doing this.

thanks for the info this is what i did i bought a 1/4 in bolt and turned down a few brass nuts to fit inside the brake so i could press on the barrel and push the 3 parts free. i got the bayo lug free but couldnt budge it once i was pressing on all three pieces. i ended up bending the bolt, im going to go buy a grade 8 bolt and try it agin tomorrow. ill try to heat it up also at the same time to thanks for the help

Bingo, thats what I did too Minus the heat, oil, and tapping.
