HOW TO PROPERLY CLEAN A GLOCK

SO I BOUGHT A GLOCK 23 AND NEEDS A LITTLE BIT OF MAINTENANCE ANY TIPS ON WHAT SOLVENT OR OIL TO USE

I use Kroil to clean and Breakfree CLP to lube just the few points Glocks require. Glocks prefer to run dry.

Might want to turn off the caps lock, it's generally interpreted as yelling...

As for your Glock, any good quality gun cleaner should work, breakfree, powder blast, etc. Oil is one of those things where everybody likes their own brand. I prefer RemOil, just because it's easy and comes in a handy aerosol can.

Since I've been using them since 1995, the plastic frame are washed with dish detergent. Obviously all metal parts are sprayed with brake cleaner.
Barrel is cleaned with Hopp's solvent cleaner. And keeps on going like the energizer bunny!

Since we drop our plastic mags all the time in dirt, sand and crud.
I also wash the mag bodies with dish detergent soap.

Everything, from stippling to sight replacement to barrel fitting to trigger job. I do most of the work.
