I have recently finished my Colfax Tactical 80% lower receiver. I did the milling on a drill press in my garage with the jig Colfax sells. I think It went pretty good considering it was my first. The only blemish is i went a little too deep on one of the initial pilot holes in the trigger group when my drill bit stop loosened itself up about a 1/8". The bit didn't go threw the bottom but it did leave a small divot forward of the trigger hole.
With it being my first 80% I'm planning to leave it bare alluminum. I recently built up a pistol upper for it with a black anodized upper and it just doesn't look right on the lower. Does anyone know of someware that sells upper receivers in the "white"? Thanks
