help with indexing my muzzle brake

just got finished threading my Saiga 7.62 barrel. My muzzle brake needs a full 1/2 turn to be properly indexed but it is at the end of the threads. What is the best way to do this, crush washer, etc... Thanks for any help

P.S. should I use some locktite when done to keep it from coming loose?

Yes, you will need a 14mm crush washer.
