Gunsmith in the 805??

I'm looking for a gunsmith near Moorpark/Simi Valley. I have what appears to be a police style 38 revolver from the 30's? With the side plate off and slight pressure from my thumb on the mechanism that advances the cylinder, it seems to work well, but when I put the plate back on the action binds. There's also some side to side slop in the cylinder when closed. I'm interested in an estimate to get this thing running again.
