HS Precision Stock

Hello,
I want to replace Bell & Carlson stock from my Remington 700 XCR with HS Precision stock PST013 with the magazine box. HS Precision website says that it's easy and doesn't require any additional gunsmithing. Is it correct? Could somebody tell me what's their experience? Am I getting myself in trouble?

I'm trying to do the same thing with my BDL, I've emailed HS several times. It is NOT a direct fit. My issues are the bolt won't engage and cannot release the mag form the mag box. Should just bought a new rifle, would have been cheaper and less frustrating.

You might want to check with your XCR model. From what I've read, it should fit with the SPS, PS models. Check it here:
