You should move the current legal cases subfolder in Political to this forum.
This would keep this forum section and get rid of the subforum. The subform is somewhat hard to find even though it appears on the surface to be well marked. Giving the subforum its own forum would also be seen as elevating it to equal status instead of the poor relation it appears to be right now.
