Build questions...

So, these questions probably were already asked, but I couldn't find my answer either through browsing or "searching" so

I want to build an AK, from a receiver flat and parts kit

1. Im only 18. to order a stripped lower for an AR you have to be 21 right? so would there be a problem with me having that bare receiver?

2. I know that a Serial # isn't required, but I want to put one on anyways. How should I go about doing this?

3. Price isn't an issue, im really just going for the no hassle and the fun of building my own. What price would I be looking at though for a DECENT rifle build. nothing too fancy, then again nothing that would blow up in my hands

1. No problem with building from a flat. go for it.

3. I'd guesstimate right in the $450-$500 range depending on the kit you buy, and how you decide to equip it.
