Is it possible sible to convert a 9x18 Makarov to 9X19?

If you're referring to a Makarov PM, you can't safely convert it. The PM is a blowback pistol, not suited to the high pressure 9X19 round. There was a "conversion" done involving crating a serrated/scored chamber which was supposed to retard the blowback action; it was not a huge success IIRC. Your best bet is the case conversion linked by meltyman.
