Aluma Hyde II question

What's the best way to prep an AK that's been parkerized to apply Aluma Hyde?

What can I use to clean the oil off that won't harm the park, or does that matter.

Do I have to sand the metal first?

You can use brake cleaner again, then a quick wash and let dry.

Tape off the outside to paint the inside first. Let dry and then tackle the outside.

No sanding needed. AHII goes great over park.

To speed up the cure time, bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Don't forget to ventilate.
