Magazine Issue - "rough" feed lips?

Ok, here's my situation.

I've noticed a few times when firing my CZ 75B Compact .40 that the slide doesn't go completely into battery. Took the gun apart, cleaned, lubed, seems to work like magic just dry-handling. Then yesterday I was unloading the target ammo from these mags (4 of them) after a class I took. You know, where you push the rounds out of the magazine with your thumb? No joke, sometimes the rounds were VERY hard to push out of the magazine. I'm convinced the inside of the feed lips must be rough, at least mechanically rough since I can't really see in there and they don't feel rough to my fingertips. Is there anything else that might make it very hard to strip rounds from the magazine? And regardless, what can be done?

Wow, hoped to get some insight on this one. The rounds are hard to push out of the mag... hard enough to make your thumb smart a little. Not surprising they stop the slide now and then. Anyone ever heard of this?

Use a fine file or a stone to remove burrs. To much tool use and the lips will be altered. Just enough to get the sharp inside edge.

Have you cleaned the mags recently?

They are clean... basically brand new, maybe three or four range outings. Round count probably 500 or so.

I have checked for burrs but they don't feel that rough, but my fingers are too big to fit inside. Maybe some kind of polish? I'm even considering having them sent out to get failzero treated... but that just shouldn't be necessary.
