Probably too late, but I just finished my Egyptian build. It came complete with barrel parts, etc, minus the barrel. After sandblasting the front sight, I noticed that there were small stubs protruding from the front sight's surface. I think the picture below illustrates what I mean. Other than that, a Romy FSB would work just fine. Who knows, it could just be my front sight, but from my current experience, the Egyptian parts seem to be a bit rougher and unrefined compared to a Romy. One thing though, it has a unique coolness factor with the Egyptian writing.

only place I see them now is on gunbroker but it's not worth it. I seen them for around $300 on there.

you can get egyptian trigger guards from apex for 25 bones, and I guarantee you can a selector stop for free on a PIF thread on akfiles or theakforum
