Polish Tantal

Well from looking around i see the craze for Ak's and im thninking of purchasing a Tantal kit wz 88(polish Ak74) since i like the way they look but all the kits i see non (reasonably priced) have the original barrel and it wont be a current build since i have 2 other things going, but something i want finished this year
My questions are:
1.What do you think is a fair price for a matching # kit (barrel-less)
2. how hard will it be to find a barrel
3. it is hard to assemble with help of someone whos built Ak's before since this will be my first build i know i dont have the know how or tools to complete it on my own

I just finished my first build with a NDS receiver and already populated barrel. What you are asking to do is considerably labor intensive. I think you should have a little more experience before tackling a barrel-less kit. I plan to do a barrel-less build but it will be 3 or more builds until I am ready to tackle it.

1) Depends on quality of kit; the country of origin.
2) Apex Gun Parts has barrels as does Green Mountain Barrel
3) Avoid barrel-less until you have at least one under your belt

Well thanks for the advice but thats where i was kinda hoping a experianced builder would be able to help me ive heard that barreless kits were much more work i figured when it came down to it i would benifit to pay someone to help me complete the build i guess more of a 1-on-1 build vs. going to a build party
