Sandblasting question...

've been using 70 grit aluminum oxide and finally got a good setup with filters. I had been having problems with moisture but the filters took care of it. I'm wondering about the replaceable ceramic nozzle sections and wonder if anybody can shed some light on that subject. I believe the ceramic pieces with the smallest inside diameter work the best but I don't know if that is true or where to get replacements in one size only, not an assortment of sizes. It's probably time to upgrade to a better sandblast gun so if anybody has info on-

1. different brands and prices
2. source of the ceramic nozzle pieces
3. is smallest inside diameter best
4. a way to buy 70 grit aluminum oxide at a better price than HF

I have a Sears unit that is a 40 or so lb bin with hose and nozzles. It's a homeowner type unit but it can do a lot with proper supply. That's usually the biggest problem for the hobbyist, supplying a constant, dry sir supply to keep up w/ demand. The nozzles didn't seem to make as much difference as grit size and materiel. However, Sears has a supply of replacement ceramic nozzle liners that are easy and durable.
