Tungsten H Buffer
Which weighs more, am I safe to assume the Tungsten one? It's $3 more, so if I'm looking for a 9mm buffer, it should be the heavier of the two, yes?

The consensus is to use the heaviest possible for your rifle/ammo with the 9MM being the heaviest, then the H3, then H2, then H, then standard.
These guys have several different ones.

The H2 (Heavy) carbine AR15 buffer is a standard USGI part for the M4A1 Carbine. Weighted with 2 tungsten and 1 steel weight to 4.6oz.
