PSL center support ?

Hey All,

I just picked up a original center support (bolt hold open on last shot), and the rivets appear t been riveted from each side?, its not like an AK support where the rivet runs through the entire thing. So I'm a little puzzled on how to get this installed, can anyone comment on how to installed it?,
