AK-100 Series scope rail

Hi,
I am about to build a 74M, but I still need the scope rail. I was wondering where I could get one of the 100 series rails, seeing as Tantal is now out of business. I know aa-ok has a couple, but they are $68 .....Anyways, any help is appreciated.
Also, I am clueless as to how to install the front latch for the folding stock. A link to instructions or help would be awesome. My google skills have been seriously lacking.

Still need instructions for the latch though.

Put the latch in before riveting in the front trunnion... its a pain otherwise
