Just about any air hammer bit will work, you might need to turn it down some and maybe even chop it down.

You can buy cheap air hammer bits at Harbor Frieght. Or you can get good ones on the Snap-On truck. I have a few air-hammer rivet sets that I got from my dad who use to do aircraft sheetmetal they work great once you get the hang of bucking rivets pneumatically.

Dude Kragens, Home Depot, Sears, Ace, Lowes all carry cheap arse bits that would be perfect for butchering.

QFT. I liked yours so much I went out and bought one for myself.

I'm having so much fun cutting up computer cases with it that I haven't got around to making rivet sets yet.

Go to Cal Aero Supply Co in Paramount. (13840 Paramount Blvd.) www.calaerosupply.com

It's a surplus store for machine tools and industrial scrap. They also sell new quality tools and tooling.

They have bins full of used tools including air tool bits, drill bits, milling tools ect. I buy all my tools and scrap steel there. It's sold by the pound so you can buy 15 or 20 air tool bits and grind them to suit your needs.

Bring some gloves as most of the stuff is a bit greasy!!!

                Well worth the trip.
