Bullet Button install on my AK

    Hello to all,

I'm trying to install on my IO Casar AK a bullet button but it seems the rivet that holds the latch is getting in the way. Am I suppose to drill out the rivet and replace it with another part OR shove/tap/hammer the BB over it and attach the screws afterwards????? This version is said to be for an AK and all variations. Help!!!

It sounds like you are trying to install a Raddlock BB, and the rivet is really a pivot pin. You can use a punch to remove it.

there are other BBs out there that are not a
        PERMANATE mod

Are you using a Radd lock?

          Guys,

I just took another look at mine and it appears the milled slot/hole in the lock isn't large enough for the lever to fit through. I'm just about a 1/4 inch off from fitting. I'll contact Riflegear about a return policy as I bought it from them.

I can't seem to visualize what you're talking about. There are 6 different AK BB designs out there now.

              Hi guys,

After doing some quick homework I realized I bought a version from Assault Planet. It's considered a bullet button.
