CZ97 WITH RAIL

Been searching around. I remeber years ago about a gunsmith that does excellent work on installing rails on handguns. I havent been able to track him down.
I am in searching of installing or having a smith install a clean cut rail on a CZ97.
I did come across this item though:

I'm looking to be pointed in the right direction by my fellow calgunners. Any help and input would be great.
