AKM Romy G headspacing question.

I am making a Romy G AKM from a parts kit with a virgin barrel.

When I use a GO gauge, the bolt closes completely (it turns to the right so that the "lug" touches the right side of the front trunnion). The bolt also closes completely on a round.

When I use the NO-GO gauge, the bolt closes but the "lug" only turns PARTIALLY to the right, not enough to touch the side of the trunnion.

Is this headspacing ok?
