    AK Trigger Guard messed up?

Ok AK experts, I have been demilling my AK parts kit in prep for the Oct build party at CSA's. I ran in to serious difficulties getting the selector stop off the TG and had to resort to drilling instead of punching out the rivets. The drilling was somewhat less than optimal and I need to know if the selector stop and TG are wasted and buy new ones if that is the case. Are the holes too egged out to be of any good?

Here are the pics. FYI I tried my best to get the darn SS off without drilling, the darn thing wouldnt punch out or pry off.

It's not pretty, but it's an easy fix. Use something like a flapper wheel or sand paper wheel Dremel attachment to smooth the area around the trigger guard holes. You'll have rivet heads over the holes and most likely parkerizing it when it's done. You'll never notice it.

It'll be fine. The rivet will just expand into the egged out area, and you won't even notice it's there.

It's wasted, send it to me for proper disposal.
