I have a friend, not me, that wants to replace the front sight on his saiga 7.62. It is an 09 model. He is wanting one that will accommodate a bayonet. I know the bulgarian ones may work. My question is it a slip fit persay in terms of inside diameter? I am getting confused because I figure it wouldnt work since they are designed for a smaller caliber. He also sent me a link to this one on gunbroker. I couldn't offer him a solid answer so I figured I would ask here.
