Saiga conversion questions

Although a few people have done these at previous build parties that I have hosted, I have not paid much attention to them. I'm trying to figure out what I would need to have at a BP to be able to help the Saiga converters out. Obviously, rivet jigs are already present. So, is barrel threading stuff the only special tooling that we would need to get? Figure that we do not have a mill nor a lathe here so, we need to do it a little getto. I'm looking for input from anyone with experience using this:

Did you need to turn your barrel down first? If so, did you use one of these:

Does anyone have any tools that they are willing to part with (sell or donate to the cause)? I'm not at all interested in converting my Saiga. I'm doing this purely to be able to help others.

Is there anything else needed that is specific to Saiga conversions? If so, what?

I'm most interested in helping people thread their 7.62x39s right now. There have been several inquiries about threading these.

Depends on the style of brake, but peel washers would be needed to index the brakes since there are no detents on in the FSB of Saigas.

I have a trigger guard jig but, for the life of me, I can't figure out how to make it cut 14-1 LH threads on a muzzle.

If they are changing the trigger guard then yes. I reuse the trigger guard that comes with the gun.
