Titanium Machining Services Needed

Rather than having to pin the folding stock for a 30" minimum; I have designed a 4" Compensator with attached Barrel Shroud for the H&K USC/UMP Conversion. Also have a mag-block to make a 10-25 from that pesky 25 round OEM magazine.

Anyone know of a local quality machine shop that is experienced and tooled for titanium? Found Aaero Swiss in yorba linda, but I would rather keep it in the community if possible.

I have the completed models in Solidworks and will be finalizing machine drawings this week.


Three pieces to make.
Blind pin to join Comp with Can.
Size on Size heated fit to barrel.
Cross pin comp to barrel:Seal welded to make permanent.

I have worked with a lot of titanium and am located in Orange. I only have manual machines at my place though right now. Depending on what it is I could do it for you. I'm definitely down to look into it and go from there.

I'm located down in San Diego. Depending on how fast you need it I can have it done for you. We're pretty slammed at my shop but we have the tools and experience to handle it.

cutting Ti does not take a special facility or tools- just Carbide. EXPERIENCE is the key.

Before you procede with a titanium muzzle device... consider the fact that Titanium burns like gun powder.
