I took my AR out this weekend and during the afternoon a empty shell became stuck in the barell. I am not sure how to extract it and dont want to damage my upper.. any help would be greatly appreciated.. OH and by the way I was shooting Wolf Ammo..

Head to your cleaning kit and grab some cleaning rod. Carefully feed it down the muzzle to the stuck shell. Lock your bolt back.
Put your buttstock on the ground and give the cleaning rod a whack. That should do it for ya. -
