PSL bolt hold open install

PSL bolt hold open install has any one done one? Did you use & install the bolt hold open device? I just took mine off of the old receiver & it was notch through the receiver & touched the scope rail. Also what looked like rivet on the hold open now look like they are all part of that peace. So milling off the mushroomed head to get it off the rail now its flush. I'd have to weld it in place to reuse it? It is in place of the standard AK center support

i'd be interested in where to get one... the psl i bought didnt have a bho and they so far seem like hens teeth to find
