Roll pin question

In general, there's two kinds of roll pins supplied with lower parts kit: the slotted type and the coiled type. Which of these is easier to put in ? Which is stronger?

Slotted pins are easier to install and remove.

Coiled pins are usually stronger, more resistant to shock and vibration, and more tolerant of oversized holes.
