    Saiga 7.62x39 Conversion help needed....

Bought my saiga about a month ago and am looking to get it converted. I live in hawthorne and would like to get it done as soon as possible. I am a total noob on this and am looking to get it converted to include a pistol grip and remain california compliant in order to take to the range and fire. I am a total noob as stated earlier and need some help in what direction to go for conversion. I am looking for a person who is local with experience that could do this for me. I can either purchase required parts before hand and drop off with parts or just drop off and pay a set price with parts included if you already have them. Please p.m. me if you could help me out or direct me to someone who can. Thanks in advance to all that assist.

Where is Hawthorne? How far from Fresno are you?

Hawthorne is located in socal. 90250 zip code. Fresno is about 227.7 miles away. And about 4 hours away.

Entreprise Arms in Irwindale (near the 605/210 junction) charges $50 labor for the conversion:

For conversion kits, here are some options for your rifle: http://store.carolinashooterssupply....ITS/Categories. The service at Carolina Shooters Supply is very prompt. To use standard AK mags you will need a bullet guide, and for the 7.62x39 rifle these are inexpensive and work fine: http://store.carolinashooterssupply....let/Categories

If you decide to do the conversion yourself, here are some valuable tutorials to guide you:
