You really should have let me check that trunnion on my Romy barrels. Where did you get these US virgin barrels from?

Not quite virgin thou, from what I've been told they have the extractor and the handguard cuts already made. I've been thinking of picking one of these up for my Maadi build.

That why I wanted to double check what the problem was.... A lot of time it's the barrel that isn't made up to spec...

Also I believe that the trunnions might have a secondary number like FredieUSA mentioned before this gave you the production run on the equipment of the tolerances, it went from 1 being the best to 4 towards the end of the life of the machining.

i guess i should have kept it and did some more testing, i did measure it and the inside was approx 23.08MM i will just keep my fingers crossed for them to send me a good one.
