    Mill work?

Does anybody have a mill, and know how to use it in the SGV area?
I have a Colt 1911 frame that needs a little work. I can pay of trade some mill end bits for the work.

    Anybody?
It really should not be that hard of a task. I just need a small area of the grip safety part of the frame milled out.

When I got the frame somebody tried to install a high grip beaver tail and kind of botched it by widening the grip safety opening in the frame to much . I was able to fit a Kings .250 safety with the jig i bought for it.. I had the frame micro tigged to close the gap and tried to finish the weld with a Dremel but was starting to do more damage to it so I put it down and walked away before I destroyed it. That was about 8 months ago. So I got the bug to start on it again but just need that grip safety milled out strait. There is really not a lot of metal to remove and I don't expect it to be perfect, I'm past that point. I have bought the Cylinder & Slide matched hammer and sear set and plan to install a rail and have it Dura Coated. So it will just be a work horse pistol.

            I can probably do it.
I need a better idea what you are talking about though.
