    Brass bristle?

    I never used brass bristle brushes for cleaning before.Are the safe? They always just seemed to abrasive for a barrel.

    It's fine. Brass is softer than steel. Actually, I've been using a SS brush on my precision 50BMGs and, they shoot fine.

      Why are you stating that they always seem to abrasive? Have they caused you a problem in the past?

        Brass bore brushes have been used for military and civilian cleaning kits for a bazillion years. You may want to email the Pentagon.
