            Great tutorial ! ... Just finished my first build, I forgot to heat treat my ejector, is it too late to do that the rifle is complete minus the barrel pin , I've already trimmed the ejector. Should I wait to sand blast and park until after test fire( head space is done)

              You can heat treat it in place. Remember that the receiver it is now welded to is going to be a heat sink but, with a half way decent torch, you shouldn't have any problem.

                ^ +1 to CSA.

                I don't treat the ejector until the rail is welded in. That way I do the ejector and all the axis holes all in one sitting.
