Need AK side folder info

How in the heck do I install this front latch for the aks 74 side folder. Its the latch that connects to the front trunnion to hold the stock in the closed position. I know you cant have it folded in california but I want to install the latch so I dont lose track of the parts. Any info or tips will be great thanks...
