I ahve seen uppers Painted desert Tan. Can you paint/ powder coat a stripped lower?

You can Cerakote the whole rifle.

These are done by Dave's Metal Works in Covina,626-859-0299.Great gunsmith and a great guy to do business with.

Of course. I had mine done with Cerakote in Magpul FDE by Todd Powers of Phantom Finishing. He did a lower and a pistol frame for me and they turned out great. Here's a crappy picture!
