10/22 trigger and bolt stop pins stuck?

Trying to clean my 10/22 and they won't come out what should I do? I've already looked at other things, but nothing is working.

The trigger pin in older metal 10/22s is usually a snug press fit in the trigger body.
Newer 10/22s the pin is pressed into the trigger.
You may have to use a pin punch to drive it out.

Bolt Pin? If you mean the firing pin pin (haha), it is a expanding compression pin that must be tapped out using a pin punch.
Hint: only tap it out far enough to remove the firing pin...leaving it part way still in the slide makes it much easier to reinstall.

If you want help, you are local, PM me and bring it over.

      Bolt stop pin I mean

Anyway it still won't come out.

      Edit:

Fixed it, but this spring thingy came out when I pulled the trigger group off and I don't know how it goes back on.

When the steel bolt retaining pin gets stuck you can take a hair dryer or heat gun and apply some heat to the aluminum. HTe aluminum receiver will warm up faster then the steel pin and should break loose.

I am not sure what "spring thingy" came out when you pulled the trigger group out because there are no loose spring in the trigger group to come out. You have to disassemble the TG by removing the pins to get any springs out. Just removing the the 2 TG pins should let the complete TG come out in one piece. Got any pics?
