Is there any way you can make your own bullet button? I mean its only $10-60 to buy one, but come on, the thing looks like a regular button with a whole drilled and a screw inserted lol.
    Then do it yourself!

I doubt that you can make one CHEAPER than $20.

I wrote a DIY for a set-screw FIX button back in 06 or early 07.....or is 05 or early 06? ancient history....

The P50 BB would be easier to make than the Raddlock BB design, there are quite some "design" that went into the Raddlock.

I'd say the first one would cost $2.5-3k. The second would be much cheaper though.

What do you mean by "is there any way" ?

Do you mean legally? Then yes.
Do you mean by manufacturing one yourself? If you're capable, then yes.

Of course you can manufacture one yourself.

no guys, Im not being a smart *** too. What I mean is, can a normal guy who likes to tinker with stuff and find out how stuff works by taking it apart and putting it back together or fixing something that isn't broken lol... make a homemade magazine button lock. instead of buying one for $20 bucks, can we just drill a hole in the button and insert something or is there more to it? im just asking because it seems like it would be a fun project if there was a tutorial or write up on the subject.
Before trying to make one, learn to use the "search" button, or learn to use google to search this site first.

            - DIY for the set-screw mag-lock, ie. what you called, drill a hole, and insert something(a "set-screw"), is on this site somewhere, I wrote it.... you still would need a drill press, and a tap to do it tho

            - DIY for just putting a spacer and a screw, is also somewhere on this site....

            - there are NO DIY on how you COPY a Raddlock, or even the later P50-BB.... they designed it and fabricated them...

Other than that..... you can always bring your magazine catch to the hardware store and find a NUT for it.... duh!

well let me see, how about Im not being rude to you and I probably did... how about you learn some manners and be polite and ask me before you jump to conclusion buddy. if you dont have any information to help me out and just want to be snooty and not helpfull like we are all here to do then maybe you should look into going into a forum were you get flamed all the time for asking a question. I was only asking becuase I could not find anything on here besides "How to install" a pre made store bought magazine lock button.

For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than to Google it for themselves.

5th link(not include THIS one that you created).... you don't even have to scroll the page....

I wrote the angry comment before you edited your last post. it seemed a little rude until it was changed, and I didnt call it a magazine lock until you guys made me think. I was refering to it as a bullet button. thank you for doing the work for me.
