Just the buffer. No need to replace the spring.
You'll also need to replace the hammer unless it's an Olympic conversion, or a Colt style with a ramped bolt. If it's a standard Colt style you'll need to replace the hammer.
I just bought the CMMG dedicated 9mm lower. A little bit more than a standard lower, but I still saved the $150 of a mag block. I'm very happy with this lower. Please read the Calguns Wiki
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

Here is a link to my 9mm build. I used a Cproducts block and was able to get it to work with a little modification.
I don't have a lot of rounds through it, probably 500 or so, but it has been 100% reliable.Comment
