I've got one for a kit I haven't built yet and don't remember seeing anybody lock one into place. I'm hoping somebody here has the solution, I sure do want to build this kit!

Your welcome Bob. The pins go through the body of the push button of the stock mech. The sleeve "butts" up against the pins preventing the button from being pushed in to fold the stock.sigpic

You can also use a empty .308 case (or similar sized) shell casing and a cotter-pin. Cut the case so it just fits in the rear trunnion. measure for the pin hole and drill accordingly. Place the locking mechanism in the receiver with the stock open and use the cotter pin to secure the mechanism. The spring and original pin are not used.
