Cut barrel build

I will be building my first barreless build with a take off Romanian barrel, my question is:

the holes don't quite line up for the gas block and front and rear sight bases, do I use 3 and 4mm drill bits to bring them together, or use reamers? Or what to do?

I also have a virgin AK74 barrel to install on a cut barrel kit coming, so do I use drill bits, or an end mill to cut the barrel for the pin holes?

If you have a mill use it. Im doing all mine with undersized drill bits and reaming them out by hand. on a old *** hand drill.

Are you using a 3mm reamer?
