what tools are needed to build ar upper

deciding to build my own uppers or just buy complete uppers. What tools do I need to build uppers. All i figure is a bench vise, action block, barrel wrench, 3/8ths torque wrench. Is that it, anything else?

non marring hammer to push pins in. brass head works fine.
I also used various sized drill bits that fit into the various pin holes. I would (using my hand only, not in a drill) run the drill bits in the respective holes to clean out any debris or finish built up to make it easier to push the pin in. some of the pins will get stuck part of the way in if there is any junk left in the hole. the drill bits help clean it out before you start your builld. Also have pin punches to push the pins all the way in. needle nose pliers to hold the really small pins when you are ready to hammer them in. good luck
