I am new to the site, I just got back in to shooting after a 20 yr. absence, my ammo reloading room was turned into a baby’s room, diapers were more important, bla, bla, bla.

Anyway did my CCW raining and have been approved and just waiting for my permit in the mail.

Just had TFO sights put on my Glock 23 had it seems to be shooting a little left. So to correct that I would move my rear sight to the left correct?

The rear sight looking at a birds eye view already looks like it is a little to the left of center. So you can see why a am asking.

i would start by moving the rear sight before i'd move the front sight.

i'm assuming that you're already shooting a fairly tight group to determine how far left you're shooting.

what distance are you shooting at and size groups are you got getting?

are you shooting from a rest or freehand?

if your TFO sights are TruGlow, be very careful adjusting them...the strenght of their dovetails can be questionable

I am shooting freehand 15-20 feet from the target. My groups or the size of a quarter but all a shade to the left.

So the question is which way do I move my rear Truglo TFO sight. Left or right.?

Ok, if I move the rear sight to the right , that would line it up on the gun a little better so that makes sense, so I just loosen the Allen set screw and slide the dovetail a little right then reset and try again?

that's what i would do, it won't take much movement.

shift and fire for effect, repeat as needed
