night sights install

Does anyone know of a reputable gunsmith in the burbank/glendale area that has the tool and knows how to install night sights on the USP .45? I live down street from King Guns Armory. I really haven't good things about Kings nor do I know their reputation. If anyone knows of a place or has had work done from Kings please let me know.

Which sights would you guys recommend? The Trijicon or the TruGlo???
