OK, here is one more jig I've been working on. These are 1" concrete expansion anchors that have been turned down to fit two different sized front trunions. They use a tapered wedge that is expanded when you tighten the bolt. I machined the bolt & wedge down where they met so I could weld the two togeather. Now you don't have to tap the wedge back out to release the pressure.
