You don't/can't really do this. Without going into too much detail (but I can if you want or need me to) the basic answer is that barrels that get chrome lining are made on barrel blanks with oversized bores that are reamed with larger than spec chamber reamers so that when the chrome plating is added, the entire internal surface grows to spec and is the same dimensions as a regular barrel blank chambered with a regular chamber reamer.

To chrome plate an already fabricated barrel would cause the bore to be undersized, which would generate dangerous pressures, and the chamber to be undersized, which would cause all sorts of problems when the firearm was chambered.

Besides, at the cost of precission chrome lining you'd probably be halfway to a second barrel at that point. Both the oversized barrel blank and the oversized reamers are specialty items that are custom ordered, usually in bulk, which is why you only see chrome lining offered by the largest of companies. Your best substitute would be a stainless steel barrel that was black oxided to give you the look of a dark parkerized chromemoly steel barrel with chrome lining. It will give the look, as close to the same corrosion resistance as you can get, and should be more accurate too.
